Merchant Capital’s senior leadership team has been together for many years. Five of the six founding partners remain actively engaged with the company and share more than 130 years experience.

While numerous investment banking institutions within the marketplace have entirely disbanded their public finance departments in recent years and other institutions are absorbed through mergers and acquisitions, Merchant Capital has continually maintained the core of our investment banking team while expanding our dedication of personnel and resources to provide clients superior service. 
 

Today, Merchant Capital maintains one of the largest staffs in the Southeast dedicated to municipal bond financing, financial advisory and underwriting services. Professionals at the firm average over 15 years experience and include specialists in education, lease financing, project financing, housing and public infrastructure.
